NurseZone.com interviewed member Carol Rutenberg, RNC-BC, MNSc, about AAACN's support of the Nurse Licensure Compact. Carol served as chair of AAACN's Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Position Statement Task Force which recently completed AAACN's position statement on the NLC. In the Nursezone.com article, Carol says, "Without the adoption of the Nurse Licensure Compact, it puts nurses in a tenuous position.
